My Winter Favorites: A Winter Capsule (kind of)
Hello beautiful ladies! I've been meaning to put together a capsule wardrobe of sorts for SO LONG and I just haven't been able to yet because it's actually really hard for me! While I absolutely do wear some of the same pieces weekly, the challenge is to actually find those exact items in stock in most sizes so that I can truly do a good capsule and have it last longer than one month, or even one week in some cases.
I just don't like to recommend anything that I don't have personal experience with, because I truly focus on recommending quality pieces at a discount on my page. Unless it's a one season trend, I really like to buy pieces that will last, so that's what I recommend for you as well.
SO, this morning I had the idea to just do a post with some of my most worn and loved pieces so far this Winter, and I think we might just be able to call it a capsule too since all of the pieces can easily be mixed and matched and worn with all the rest depending on your mood and occasion :) I realize a capsule doesn't typically have 50 pieces in it, but what can I say, I like variety, plus I think you'll find that there are separate themes embedded for work to weekend and everything in between, plus my most worn accessories and undergarments too.
My typical week is spent working full time in a corporate office teaching adult classes, attending my son's sports events in the evenings, going to the gym on weekends, one date night a week with husband, going to church twice a week, and I love to wear athleisure and loungewear every chance I get! So that's what you'll find a mix of below, and I've been lucky to find lots of great pieces this season!
All that said, I have and LOVE all of the pieces I've shared below, and have been wearing these exact pieces the most so far this Winter, so please let me know if you have any questions about any of these!

My new favorite dress! It is SO flattering AND comfy! I sized up one size to an XL and love it!! For reference, I'm 5'8 wearing the Smoky Spruce color, and seriously think I'll grab the Black too. SO so good for all the occasions from work to weekend to date night to Holiday party.
